Waivers are now processing in real time. We identified a segment of waivers that were failing to process, thus holding up the queue. We're working to remediate this from happening in the future. Thank you for patience as we worked to resolve this issue!

We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover. Processing time has improved significantly to < 2 minutes. We're exploring the best permanent solution to prevent this from occurring in the future.

We are investigating the speed of waivers processing for all customers and increasing the queue size so that waivers will process as quickly as possible.
