We've now resolved the incident. Servers are caught up and waivers are processing as expected. Thanks for your patience.
We've isolated the problem, we're working to resolve it. As the servers work to process the load we should start to see the delay shorten over time until everything is caught back up. No firm ETA as it largely depends on new waiver volume coming in as we try to get caught up. But we hope in the next hour or so to be close to normal.
We are aware of an issue where signed waivers are taking longer than normal to appear in the console. Our engineering team in investigating now and we will update as soon as we know more.
