We have identified the issue impacting our sits accessibility and are actively working toward a resolution.
At this time, we can confirm there is no data loss and that our systems remain healthy. While this may appear as a full outage from the user perspective, our services are continuing to run behind the scenes as we work to restore normal functionality.
As a temporary workaround, some customers have reported more success when switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi, though results have been inconsistent.
We will continue to share updates as we receive more information.
The issue appears to primarily effect users on mobile data, if you are able to switch to Wifi the connection seems to be more stable.
We are currently experiencing system instability that is resulting in some users not able to access the smartwaiver console or waivers. We are investigating the issue now.
