We have identified the issue. YouTube is rolling out updates in an attempt to minimize bot traffic on their platform, requiring users to login in order to access videos in specific cases. This is causing the videos to skip when attempting to view the video in the Kiosk app as the app appears to be a 3rd party from YouTubes perspective.
We are investigating an alternative to YouTube as the video host for the Kiosk app, but this will take time. For now, if you require users to view a video before they sign their waiver the best option is to run your Kiosk via a web browser and not the Kiosk app. The web browser view remains unaffected for now.

We have been made aware of an issue where in some cases pre-waiver videos do not play or are skipped entirely when trying to view them from the Kiosk app. Our development is currently investigating.

In some cases, preforming a Force Refresh can fix the problem, but in many cases this seems to be a temporary solution. Below are the steps to preform a Force Refresh if you want to try that first.
