Smartwaiver will undergo its second phase of server maintenance to increase overall system capacity, reliability, and security. We have conservatively scheduled a maintenance window of approximately 4 hours, targeting a time to impact the lowest volume of users possible. During this time, all Smartwaiver systems will be down.

If your business is operating during this time, please plan to use the Offline feature of our Kiosk App to continue collecting waivers on-site while the systems are down. To learn more about the Offline mode, Click Here
